2005年,白酒市场平稳健康发展,规模以上的白酒企业总产量349.34万千升,比上年增长15%,行业经济运行总体形势已经好转,品牌效益更加突出。个性化产品增多,产品创新突破了酒的香型分类方法,中、低价位白酒质量普遍提高,但是尚缺少新的知名品牌。全行业资产投入83.28亿元,是近年来投入最大的一年。今后,白酒生产、经营应紧紧围绕安全、诚信、节约、环保4个方面下功夫,坚持“四个转变”的方向;坚持诚信经营;依靠科技创新,创办资源节约、环境友好型企业。(陶然)

Liquor market kept stable and health development in 2005. Liquor yield in medium- and large-scale distilleries was 3.4934 million kiloliters, 15 % increment than that in previous year. The general situation of economic operation of the whole industry began to take a turn for the better and brand played a more important role in the industry. Besides, more and more individualized products were developed and product innovation had broken the traditional classification of liquor flavor types. The quality of liquor of low and medium price had been improved universally, However, there were still no new famous brands developed in the market, The capital investment in 2005 in the whole industry was 8.328 billion RMB （the highest in the recent years）. In the near future, liquor production and management should focus on four aspects including safety, faith, economy and environmental protection and the development direction of ＂Four Changes＂ should be followed： faithful management, dependent on scientific ＆ technical innovation, save energy and establish environment-friendly enterorises.
