摘要
运用微生物学原理,对白酒废水治理系统生物净化进行研究,通过创新改造,调节发酵液酸度和产甲烷菌种浓度等,改善微生物生存代谢环境。既提高了系统消化量,又增强了系统的稳定性。从而保护了环境,避免了一定时间段白酒生产的部分停产,社会效益和经济效益显著。
The research on biological purification of sewage treatement system in liquor production had been done by use of microbiological theories. Through technical innovation and adjustment of the acidity of fermenting solution and the con- centration of methanogen, the survival and metabolism environments for microbes were improved, which could not only increase the digestion amount of the system but also strengthen the stability of the system. Furthermore, it was helpful for environmental protection and it could avoid partial suspend production in liquor production, which could produce evident social benefits and economic benefits.
