As a result, the prevention ＆ correction measures could be applied duly to settle the existed product quality problems. Besides, the utilization of ERP could reduce greatly stock, strengthen coordinated production, better management, and improve business-decision capability, which would further normalize the whole management process and smooth the time flow, information flow, and capital flow than before. In addition, the utilization of ERP could ensure 100 % qualification rate ofex-factory products through the effective examination of product quality.
