摘要
为了实现资源的充分利用,用蛇纹石提镍后的硫酸镁废液生产出能满足市场需求的镁产品。由于废液中含有少量的锰,如何除去其中的锰,使制得的镁制品达到国家标准成为蛇纹石综合利用的关键。通过氧化还原和沉淀原理,用次氯酸钠和氨水来去除废液中少量的锰,从而使废液成为生产镁制品的原料。
In order to realize the fully utilization of resources ,the magnesium products, which can be satisfied with the demand of the market,can be produced from the magnesium sulfate waste liquor which is obtained from the production of Ni extracted from serpentine. Due to small amount of Mn contained in the waste liquor,so,the key point of producing the qualified magnesium products from serpentine is the Mn removal. Based on the principle of oxidation - reduction and precipitation,the Mn is removed from the waste liquor by sodium hypochlorite and ammonia water,then the waste liquor after treated can become the raw material for producing the qualified magnesiun products.
