摘要
用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计测试等方法研究了SUS301L电阻点焊接头的组织以及静拉伸变形对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,点焊熔核组织由奥氏体及δ铁素体组成,拉伸变形会诱发点焊接头的奥氏体产生马氏体相变,相变使得点焊拉伸曲线的硬化率始终保持在较高水平。
The paper investigates the effect of plastic deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of resistance spot welding joints of SUS301L austenitic steel by means of scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction instrument,sclerometer and so on. The results show that the microstructure of spot welding nuggets was composed of austenite phase and δ-ferrite phase. Tensile deformation can induce austenite phase of spot welding joints to conduct martensite phase. Meanwhile,phase transformation kept the hardening rate of tensile curve retaining at a higher level.
