摘要
目的探讨妇科化疗患者的静脉护理措施。方法对80名接受静脉化疗的妇科肿瘤患者在化疗前、化疗中、化疗后给予一系列针对静脉保护的护理措施。结果发生静脉炎的9例,1例出现药物渗漏。结论对妇科静脉化疗患者进行系统的静脉护理可以预防静脉炎和药物渗漏。
Objective To investigate the strategies for nursing care in the patients with female reproductive system tumor treated with chemotherapy. Methods 80 patients were under successive venous protection pre-chemotherapy, during chemotherapy and post-chemotherapy. Results 9 patients appeared to have phlebitis, drug exosmosis happened in only one patient. Conclusion Patients with female reproductive system tumor receiving venous chemotherapy can be prevented from phlebitis and drug exosmosis through venous nursing care.
