摘要
对三维数字城市建设中的关键技术,提出了一种三维数字城市的构建和实现方法,首先就三维地形的数据采集和建立、三维模型的建立和导入、纹理的采集和处理等方面探讨了数据的采集和处理问题;然后针对三维地理信息系统的数据量远远大于二维地理信息系统等问题,从选择合适的DEM行列数、三维模型建模规范、使用结点替换、使用LOD模型优化等方面实现了对三维数字城市海量数据的的优化,并将该技术成功应用于重庆高新区三维数字城市项目.运行结果显示,该系统运行稳定流畅,能够逼真地虚拟高新区现状.
This paper studies the key technology in the 3 - D digital city construction, and puts forward a new method to construct and realize the 3 - D digital city. The authors discuss the dates gathering and disposal from the collection of 3 - D topograph dates, the construction and ingress of 3 - D model, the gathering and disposal of texture dates. Subsequently, to solve the problem of that the 3 - D topograph dates are greater than the 2 - D topograph, the bulk-dates optimization of 3 - D digital city is realized through the choose of appropriate DEM of linenumbers and column numbers, the 3 - D model modeling specification, the using of nodes replace, the optimization of LOD modeling. The successful operation result of Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone 3 - D digital city project illustrates that, this system can realistic mimic status in quo of the Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone, the system operates smoothly, and its effect is also well.
