摘要
应用层次分析法优化设计线阵CCD驱动器模块,设计出16档可调积分时间,4档可调驱动频率,具有行同步和采样同步脉冲输出的通用型模块,它易与各种计算机接口,可用于各种光谱仪器、精密尺寸检测仪器中.
This paper describes the optimum design scheme of combine devices for linear CCD by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The universal combine device has synchronous line pulses, sampling puplses. and sixteen ranges of integrating time interval, four ranges of driving frequency. It is easy to interface with computers and can be widely used in spectrum instruments and precise dimension of measuring instruments.
