摘要
实验研究几种陶瓷材料小孔激光加工的特性，提出改善表面质量和减少加工裂纹的合理工艺参数及消除已加工表面缺陷的两种激光复合加工工艺方法．
This paper studies the characteristics of laser machining of small holes on ceramic materials. Rational technological parameters of improving the surface quality and reducing machining cracks are proposed and two comprehensive technological methods of laser machining for eliminating defects of machined surface are explored.
