为使消费者了解辣椒的历史,介绍了辛辣型椒类调味品辣椒的有关史料。着重介绍了辣椒的起源、传播、在中国的有关记载及其在日本、朝鲜的相关记载和使用情况。
This article introduces historical information about hot red pepper condiment. Hot red pepper＇s origin, spread, its Chinese documented records are discussed in detail. Beside, hot red pepper＇s relative documents and using records in Japan and Korea are also mentioned in this article.
