食蟹猴（Macaca　fascicularis）B病毒相关抗体的初步探讨

以人单纯疱疹病毒为抗原，用玻片免疫酶法（ＥＬＡ）检测来自广西中越边境地区及广西灵长类研究中心的食蟹猴Ｂ病毒相关抗体。发现食蟹猴Ｂ病毒相关抗体的阳性率随年龄增长而增加。野外捕获混养组阳性率为８３．４％；野外捕获组阳性率为４９．８％；自繁分笼群养组阳性率为１４．６％。三组中，不同性别之间相关抗体阳性率没有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），组间Ｂ病毒相关抗体阳性率的差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

The related antibody to B virus (BVRA) of M. fascicularis, which were from both the border regions of China closed to Vietnam and Research Center for Experimental Primates in Guangxi, was detected by EIA using HSV-1 as antigen. The positive rate of BVRA rose with the increase of the age, and the wild captive mixed group was 83.4%, 49.8% in the wild captive group, 14.6% in the self-reproduction captive group. In these three groups, there were no significant difference between male and female in the positive rate of BVRA (P>0.05), but between the groups, the difference was very significant (P<0.05).
