固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定安神补脑液中维生素B_1的含量

Determination of vitamin B_1 in Anshenbunao oral solution by solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography

目的 建立安神补脑液中维生素Bt含量测定方法。方法 采用固（SPE）-高效液相色谱法；色谱柱：Hypersil ODS（2）柱（250mm×4．6mm。5μm）；流动相：乙腈-pH=5．8的磷酸盐缓冲液（体积比10：90），磷酸盐缓冲液中分别加入庚烷磺酸钠与三乙胺。并使其浓度分别为0．001moL·L^-1、0．1％（φ）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：246nm。结果 维生素B1在11．84～18．4μg．mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率和RSD分别为99．6％和1．3％（n=6）。结论 方法简单，灵敏度高，可用于安神补脑中维生素B1的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin B1 in Anshenbunao oral solution. Method： Vitamin Bt was extracted from the oral solution by using solid phase extraction and analyzed on Hypersil ODS（2） column （250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm） using acetonitrile-phosphate solution （pH 5.8, 10： 90） as the mobile phase. Flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength 246 nm. Result Vitamin B1 was linear over the range of 11.84～118.4 μg·min^-1, The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 99.6% and 1.3% （ n = 6 ） , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive for the determination of vitamin B, in Anshenbunao oral solution.
