摘要
目的 建立复方维U颠茄铋铝片中碱式碳酸铋,氢氧化铝和甘草干浸膏含量的测定方法。方法 采用乙二酸四醋酸二钠滴定方法测定铋离子和铝离子;采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸成分,以甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(体积比67:33:1)为流动相,检测波长250mill。结果 铋离子平均回收率分别为97.0%,RSD为0.50%,铝离子平均回收率分别为97.8%,RSD为1.6%。甘草酸的质量浓度在0.01312~0.2100mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率99,1%,RSD为2.1%。结论 该方法灵敏,准确,可靠,适用于本品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of bismuth, aluminum and glycyrrhizic acid in compound Wei U Dianqie Bilü tablets which consisted of bismuth subcarbonate, aluminum hydroxide and extracts of liquorice root. Method Bismuth and aluminum were detected by titration with EDTA. Glycyrrhizic acid was analyzed by HPLC using methanol-0. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate-acetic acid glacial (67 : 33 : 1 ) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results and Condusion The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 97.0% and 0.50% for bismuth, 97, 8% and 1,6% for aluminum, 99.1% and 2, 1% for glycyrrhizic acid, respectively. The assay of glycyrrhizic acid provided a good linear relation between 0. 01312 and 0, 2100 mg (r =0. 9998). This method is sensitive, accurate and reliable for the quality control of the compound tablets.
