摘要
目的探讨参蝎通络汤(shenxietongluo decoction,STD)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响。方法线栓法阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血模型(MCAO),观测药物对神经行为、脑含水量、脑梗死面积和脑组织形态学的影响。结果在各组30只大鼠中,3 d后达到神经行为评分Ⅱ级的STD组有22只,尼莫地平(N im)组有25只,对照组14只;6 d后达到0级的STD组有11只,N im组有2只,对照组0只;STD组的平均脑梗死面积为(8.35±1.21)%,N im组为(10.21±1.12)%,与对照组(17.20±1.23)%比较差异有显著性。结论STD有助于改善MCAO缺损的神经功能,缩小脑梗死面积。
Objective To explore the effect of Shenxietongluo decoction ( STD ) treating local cerebral ischemic damage. Methods The local cerebral ischemia model was established by inserting thread into middle cerebral artery in the rats. To observe the resuh of STD affecting nervous symptom, the water content, morphology and infarct proportion. Results Three days later, attaining to level II of the grading of nervous behavior in 30 rats: 22 rats in the STD group, 25 rats in the Nim group, and 14 rats in the control group. Six days later, attaining to level 0 of the grading of nervous behavior in 30 rats : 11 rats in the STD group, 2 rats in the Nim group, and 0 rats in the control .group. Average percentage of cerebral infarct volume:8.35 ± 1.21 in the STD group, 10.21 ± 1.12 in the N im group, and 17.20 ± 1.23 in the control group. Conclusion STD redounded to recover harmed nervous function of the rats and was better on decreasing cerebral infarct volume compared with Nim ( P 〈0. 05 ).
