国内几种尘螨变应原提取液的质量分析

Analysis of the quality of three dermatophagoides allergen extracts made in China

目的评价国内几种尘螨变应原提取液的质量,了解国内尘螨变应原的质量现状。方法采用SDS-PAGE、W estern blotting和ELISA法对各尘螨变应原样品进行主要致敏蛋白的成分、含量进行分析比较。结果各尘螨变应原样品在主要致敏蛋白的成分、含量方面均有明显差异,且各样品均未能达到WHO的变应原标准。结论国内尘螨变应原的质量参差不齐,变应原的标准化问题亟待解决。

Objective To reflect the quality of dust mite allergen extracts made in China. Methods Compared with a standardized dust mite allergen product, the composition and content of the major allergens in three dust mite allergen extracts were measured with SDS- PAGE,Western blotting, and ELISA respectively. Results The composition and content in these three extracts were different from each other and also not in accordance with what they declared. Their quality was below the WHO International Biological Reference Preparations. Conclusion The quality of dust mite allergen extracts made in China remains to be improved and standardized.
