摘要
目的:探讨双吻合器保肛术后吻合口瘘的预防和治疗措施。方法:1999年1月～2005年11月对152例直肠癌用双吻合器行保肛手术。结果:吻合口瘘的发生率是4．6％(7／152)。结论:充分的肠道准备,良好的肠管血运,吻合口无张力及熟练运用双吻合器与正确放置引流管是预防吻合口瘘的主要措施。
Objective： To study the prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage after applying double stapling device in patients underwent surgery. Methods： 152 cases of anterior peritoueal resection of rectal carcinoma with double stapling device from January 1999 to November 2005 were analyzed retrospetlvely. Results; Incidence of anastomotic leakage after surgery was 4. 6% （7/152）. Conclusion： It is important that ample prepartion for bowel, blood circulation of bowel is good, and double stapling device is skillful used and drainage tube is correctly placed.
