摘要
目的:探讨成人2型糖尿病者高尿酸血症的患病率并分析与代谢综合征(MS)各组分的相关情况。方法:采用随机整群抽样选中上海市中心城区30岁以上已诊断为2型糖尿病者共1 039例,进行全面检查,根据资料完整性共1008例进行分析。结果:(1)高尿酸血症组年龄、体重指数、腰围、甘油三酯、收缩压及舒张压等均高于非高尿酸组。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于非高尿酸组;(2)高尿酸血症的患病率为10.0%,其中男性11.1%,女性 9.4%;女性高尿酸血症的患病率随年龄增长而增加(r=0.103,P=0.001);(3)高尿酸血症组MS比例明显高于非高尿酸组(63.4%vs.49.8%,x2=6.660,P=0.012);(4)逐步Logistic回归分析显示,高龄、肥胖及低HDL为高尿酸血症的危险因素。结论:上海市中心城区成人2型糖尿病者高尿酸血症患病率为10.0%,高尿酸血症与代谢综合征及其组分相关。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of hyperuficemia among the Chinese patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes aged over 30 in Shanghai central area and evaluate the relationship between hyperurieemia and metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods. 1039 Chinese patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes aged over 30 were investigated by randomized cluster sampling in Shanghai central area and 1008 patients were analyzed in this study. Body mass measurements, resting blood pressure, fasting blood measures were investigated. The prevalence of hyperuricemia and the risk factors associated with hyperurieemia were in vestigated. The relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolie syndrome (MS) was evaluated. Results:(1) Age, body mass index, waist cireurrference, serum triglyceride, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in hyperuricemia subgroup were significantly higher than those in non-hyperuricemia subgroup. Fasting glucose concentration, HbAlc and HDL in hyperuricemia subgroup were lower than those in non-hyperuficemia subgroup. (2) The prevalence of hyperurieemia was 10. 0% among the Chinese patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes aged over 30 in Shanghai central area, 11.1% with male and 9. 4% with female. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in female increased following the aging. (3) The percentage of MS in hyperuricemia subgroup was significantly higher than that in non-hyperuricemia subgroup (63.4% vs. 49. 8%,X^2= 6. 660,P=0. 012). (4) Aging,obesity and lower HDL were risk factors of hyperuricemia by stepwise Logistic regression. Conclusion: The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 10. 0% among the Chinese patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes aged over 30 in Shanghai central area, and hyperuricemia was correlated with MS and its components.
