摘要
目的试制板蓝根分散片。方法在多项质量指标控制下,对处方、工艺条件等进行优化。结果处方选择羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)18%、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)28%;压片压力30kN、制粒16目筛;崩解时间70s,分散均匀,稳定性好。结论处方合理、工艺可行。
Objective To produce Banlangen dispersible tablets. Methods To optimize formula and technology of Banlangen dispersible tablets under the control of multiple quality indexes. Results The formula was as follows: CMS-Na 18% and HPC 28%. Tabletting pressure was set at 30kN and the granules were prepared with 16 mesh riddles, then, disintegration time was 70 seconds and dispersion uniformity was evaluated at 68 seconds and friability was 0.8%. The stability was better. Conclusion The formula is reasonable and the technology of dispersible tablets is feasible.
