摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化麻黄和洋金花总生物碱的工艺,为喘平粉雾剂的生产提供实验依据。方法采用D151、NKA-9、AB-83种型号的大孔吸附树脂对麻黄及洋金花总生物碱进行吸附纯化,以总生物碱收率、固体物含量为考察指标综合评价。结果3种型号的大孔吸附树脂效果差异较大。结论D151型大孔吸附树脂能较好地吸附麻黄和洋金花总生物碱。 Objective To study a technical process for the separation and purification of total alkaloids from Herba Ephedrae and Flos Daturae by macroporous resin in order to provide the experimental evidence for the manufacture of Chuanping Powder Inhalation. Methods D151, NKA-9 and AB-8, three types of macroporous resins were used to separate and purify total alkaloids. The adsorption ratio, elution ratio and solid content were compared. Results The three types of macroporous resins showed notably different effects. Conclusion D151 macroporous resin is most effective to separate total alkaloids from Herba Ephedrae and Flos Daturae.
