关于铁路货车检修扣车信息化管理的研究

Research on the Information Management of Detaining Cars in Inspection and Repair of Railway Freight Cars

针对铁路货车检修扣车组织方式中存在的问题,分析了铁路货车信息化建设和应用的现状,就扣车工作保证检修工作有序和最大限度地减少扣车对运输组织的干扰进行了探讨,提出了实施网络扣车的构想。

In view of the problems existing in the car detaining organization mode in inspection and repair of railway freight cars,the present conditions of information construction and application in railway freight cars are analyzed.Discussion is made on that detaining cars shall ensure the inspection and repair to be in order and utmost reduce the interference of detaining cars with the transportation organization.The idea to apply detaining car through network is given.
