摘要 通过对以往引水入湖工程的认真思考和总结,“两江四湖”工程设立了“沟通水系,分流调水;清淤截污,防洪排涝;水系通航,环城旅游”的水利工程目标.桂林环城水系整治的水利工程,拆除8座旧桥,重建10座新桥,新建2个船闸,实现江湖连接和全线通航;引水线路全长7331.6 m,重建了受损水系,保全了内湖水量;清淤60余万m3,清除了内源污染;截污5376.24 m,控制了外源污染;内湖水位常年保持在149.15 m高程,每天入湖水量为7.82万m3,10 d更换一次湖水,改善了四湖水质,湖水达到了地表水III类水质标准(GB 3838-2002);防治了洪涝灾害,实现了环城水上旅游. Based on the experience in the past water transporting works, the Two River & Four Lakes Project had the following goals:water system connection and water transport, sludge removal and wastewater interception, flooding control and waterlog defense, and waterway navigation and waterborne tour around the city. In the rehabilitation of water system, 8 old bridges were demolished, 10 new ones were rebuilt and 2 navigation lock were newbuih. The river and lakes were connected for ship along the whole water line. The water of Lijiang River is transported through a canal of 7 331.6 meters to the lakes, which revives the damaged water system and ensures the water quantity of the lakes. More than 600 000 m^3 sludge was removed which eliminated the pollutant source inside the lakes. The pollutants from outside the lakes are also under control by building 5 376.24 m intercepting pipes. The water level of lakes is now kept at 149.15 m constantly. The water transported into the lakes amounts to 78 200 m^3 every day and as a result,the water in the lakes can be completely replaced every 10 days. After the project implementation, the water quality of "Four Lakes" has been improved significantly, meeting the Ⅲ grade of the national standard. Besides, the flood problem is solved and waterborne tour around the city is realized.
