两性蛇笼树脂的合成研究 被引量:5

摘要 以强碱Ⅰ型阴离子交换树脂为笼树脂,采用丙烯酸在笼中聚合的方法合成了弱酸强碱型蛇笼树脂,研究了笼树脂交联度、引发剂用量、丙烯酸用量对蛇笼树脂离子阻滞容量、残余阴离子交换量、残余阳离子交换量以及分离性能的影响,找出了较好的反应条件,在此条件下合成的蛇笼树脂显示了较好的分离性能. Amphoteric snake-cage resin containing carboxylic and quaternary ammonium proups was synthesized by the polymerization of acrylic acid inside the cage resin,a strong basic anion exchange resin.The influences of the mole ratios of initiator to carboxylic group and carboxylic to quaternary ammonium group and the reaction temperature on residual anion,residual cation and ion retardation capacity as well as separation ability were studied.The optimum synthesis conditions were achieved. The snake-cage resin prepared under these conditions exhibited good separation ability.
