摘要 本文基于衰减指数和(DE)模型的克拉美-罗限(CRB)研究散射中心参数估计的极限性能.通过对单分量和双分量DE模型CRB矩阵的化简,获得了散射中心位置、强度、类型参数估计精度与雷达参数、目标参数的关系式,并导出了鉴别散射中心类型的信噪比门限和宽带雷达的极限分辨力.本文的结果均以解析式给出,揭示了各参数间相互影响的规律.仿真验证了结论的有效性. The performance bounds of scattering center parameter estimation is studied based on the Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) of Damped Exponentials (DE). By simplifying the CRB matrix of one/two-component DE model, the relations between the estimation variance of position, intensity, type parameter and the radar/target parameters are obtained, together with the SNR threshold for type discrimination and the resolution limit for wide band radar. All these results are given in analytical expressions which reveal the internal relation among different parameters. The conclusions are verified by simulations.
