摘要
作为一种发蓝光的荧光粉,只有BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)被实际用于等离子体显示屏(PDP)。然而,BAM在显示屏制造和工作期间发生严重恶化,会导致发光效率和色纯度下降。本文回顾对BAM老化机理的研究。另外,讨论了用于等离子体显示屏的BAM改进和作为BAM替代物的新的蓝色荧光粉的现状。
As a blue-emitting phosphor, only BaMgAl10O17; Eu^2+ (BAM) is practically being used in plasma display panel (PDP). However, BAM deteriorates seriously during the panel processing and operation, resulting in a loss of efficiency and color purity. In this paper, the research on BAM degradation mechanism is reviewed. In addition, the current status of BAM improvements and new blue-emitting phosphors as BAM substitution candidate is discussed for PDP application.
