摘要
用固相反应法成功制备了YBa2-xSrxCu3O7-δ(x=0、0.35、0.5、0.75、1)系列超导材料.对样品做了X射线衍射(XRD)、SEM电镜图与原子发射能谱图;利用四端引线法测量了样品的R-T曲线,发现x=0.35、0.75的样品有很高的Tc值.初步认为x=0.35是YBa2-xSrxCu3O7-δ系列超导材料的最佳配方.
The superconductor material of YBa2-xSrxCu3O7-δ(x=0, 0.35, 0.5, 0.75, 1)system has been prepared by the solid state reaction method.Every sample has been done by the x-ray diffraction(XRD), the electron microscope diagram (SEM) and the atom shoots spectrum. The R-T curve was tested by a four base line resistance method.And it made clear that the Tc of x=0,35 and x=0.75 samples are excessive high. thust, the sample of x=0.35 is the best doping.
