摘要
通过对我国长期从事羽毛球运动的业余爱好者进行调查,发现他们大多数都发生过损伤,主要集中在膝、腰等部位,损伤成因与羽毛球运动者年龄、体重、负荷强度、自我保护意识等因素有关.羽毛球爱好者应有针对性地加强自我保健知识的学习,积极进行科学治疗和整理,加强力量和柔韧性、辅助性训练,规范合理的击球动作,从而有效预防和减少伤病的发生.
It shows that most of the badminton amateurs who have play the game for a long term in our country have suffered from injuries which mainly concentrated on the knee and the waist. The injuring reason has something to do with ages, weight, load intensity, conscious of sell-protection and so on. They should increase learning of self-protection knowledge and take positive scientific treatment and enhance restorative level, training of strength and flexibility as well as regulate rational batting movement so as to prevent effectively from the incidence of injuries.
