生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯成分的气相色谱法测定 被引量:8

摘要 采用气相色谱法,以环己酮为内标,柱程序升温测定生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯成分以及含量。结果表明:各脂肪酸甲酯在4~32 mg/mL浓度范围内,其峰面积与内标峰面积的比对浓度具有良好的线性(R>0.9975)。回收率在97.40%~102.152%之间(n=6),精密度实验中相对标准偏差为0.17%~1.79%(n=6)。 To develop an accurate determination method of fatty acid methyl estes in biodiesel by GC, Cyclohexanone was used as internal standard. The result showed that the standard curve for the five major constituents such as palmitic acid methyl ester, stearic acid methyl ester, oleic acid methyl ester,linoleic acid methyl ester and linolenic acid methyl ester were linear in the range of 4-32 mg/mL (r〉0.997 5). The average recovery was 97.40 %-102.152 %, with the coefficient of variance less than 1.79 %.
