摘要
本文简述了常温气敏陶瓷材料及高分子材料的制备方法、常温电阻型及振荡型元件的制造工艺及其气敏特性,最后探讨了元件的工作机理及今后的改进方法.
The way of preparing room-temperature gas sensitive ceramic material and polymer material is briefly introduced. The fabricating technology of room-temperature resistivity sensor and oscillating sensor and their gas characteristics are offered as well. In addition, the working mechanism of the sensors and their improving method are also discussed.
