Study on a Monitoring System for Brake Clearance of Hoister

介绍一种基于单片机的闸间隙检测技术,利用它可以实现对煤矿提升机制动闸的间隙测量,实时跟踪闸的动作,显示闸间隙值,并在提升机制动闸的间隙超出煤矿安全规程要求时报警指示。

The paper introduced a technology to check the brake clearance of hoister based on singlechip microcomputer. It can measure the brake clearance of hoister of coal mine, track the brake actions and display the clearance value in real time, and alarm when the clearance value goes beyond the demand of the coal mine security rules.
