摘要
以井式炉进行试验,考察在不同碳势条件下稀土催渗荆的催共渗效果。通过实验得到,在采用稀土渗剂时需要对渗碳碳势进行适当的调整。试验证明,采用较高的碳势,在强渗期碳势Pc=1.25%~1.30%的条件下才能很好地发挥稀土渗剂的催渗功效并能得到良好的金相组织。针对试验结果,讨论了碳势与稀土催渗的关系以及高碳势对被渗工件机械性能的影响,为合理使用稀土渗剂和稀土催共渗工艺提供较好的经验。
This paper investigated the accelerated co-permeation effect of rare earth aecelerant under different carbon potential in the well type furnace,get through the experiment, need to carry on appropriate adjustment to carbufization carbon potential while adopting the rare earth accelerant. Test prove adopt higher carbon potential, in strong carburisng periode of carbon potential Pc = 1.25% ~ 1.30%could fine full play rare earth efficiency of accelerant and can receive fine micro - structure. Discussed the dependence befween carbon potential and rare earth cccelertion and influence of high carbon potential on mechanical properties of work piece.
