摘要
采用哈尔滨意锋稀土公司提供的YF稀土渗剂及哈工大的专利技术(稀土低温气体渗碳方法)对预应力工作夹片(以下简称夹片)进行气体渗碳,提高了夹片的热处理质量,缩短了热处理周期,降低了热处理成本,其金相、硬度及单孔钢铰线破断试验结果表明,新工艺比原来工艺有明显的技术经济优势。
In oder to conduct gas carburization of prestressed work-clip (here after referred to as clip)adopt YF rare earth accelerant from Harbi yifeng rare eatrh material co., Ltd. and patented technology of Harbin Industry University(rare eatrh low-temperafure gas carburization process). This process improved the heat treatment quality of clip, shortened heat treatment cycle, reduced cost of heat treatment. Metallographical examination, hardness measurement and the rapture lest for single-hole steel stranded wire proved that the new process have obvious technical and economical advantages as compared with the old one.
