中国图书馆社会理想的历史演进及现实困境

社会理想是社会事业发展的精神支撑。中国图书馆社会理想的历史演进经历了三个阶段:古代藏书楼内向封闭、自我满足的田园式社会理想;近代图书馆藏书公用、开启民智的人文主义社会理想的启蒙;当代图书馆信息民主、知识公平的人本主义社会理想。本文从社会认同感的反差、实践的背离、主体角色的错位等三方面,对当代图书馆社会理想面临的困境进行了反思,指出了走出目前困境的关键在于进行图书馆制度创新。

The society idealism of Chinese library has experienced three historical stages, such as the countryside idealism of ancient library which was introverted and self-satisfied, the humanism initiation of modern library which argued the book collection open to public and the humanism of contemporary library which advocates information fair and knowledge freedom. This paper emphatically analyzes the realistic difficult position of the social idealism from three aspects, such as the contrast of the social sympathy, the departed practice and the dislocated social role. Finally, it argues that the key go out the difficult position is to innovate the current library institution.
