摘要
对涤棉与纯棉经纱上浆的浸透与被覆做了分析,通过显微镜上浆纱切片、增强率和减伸率、退浆时间测定实验,证实涤/棉(65/35)经纱上浆易于产生被覆上浆,而纯棉经纱上浆易于形成浸透上浆效果。分析了二者上浆产生差异的根本原因,即纺织材料自身的吸湿性是浸透与被覆的主导因素,并在此实验结论的基础上对涤棉与纯棉经纱上浆的上浆机理及实际应用做了探讨。
This article analyzed the penetrating and coating of the size on polyester/cotton and pure cotton warps, and the microscopic study of the cross-section, examination of strength enhancement and elongation reduction rates and desizing time of the sized yams revealed that it is easy for polyestedeotton (65/35) warps to form coating effect in sizing, while the pure cotton warps tend to form penetration sizing effect. The basic reasons for this difference, as shown by analysis, lie in the hydroscopic property of the textile material. Furthermore, the sizing principle and practical applications of both polyester/cotton and pure cotton warps are researched.
