摘要 介绍了以PCC为核心,由CAN总线构成的分布式控制系统在新型粗纱机中的应用,阐述了系统的总体结构和实现方法,讨论了PCC控制的特点。控制系统上位机选用贝加莱B&R2003系列PCC,下位机采用贝加莱ACOPOS系列伺服系统,上、下位机间数据通信通过CAN总线实现,4台伺服电动机分别控制锭翼、筒管、前罗拉和龙筋升降速度,系统调速精度高,机电一体化水平高,能够实现精确的工艺设计,保证了粗纱质量。该控制系统具有广阔的应用前景。 A distributed control system built by CAN bus with PCC as its core was applied to a new style roving frame. This paper expatiated on the general structure of the system and execution method, and discussed the characteristics of PCC control. B&R 2003 PCC was used in master computer of the control system and the ACOPOS servo system was used in slave computer. Data communications between them were realized by CAN bus. The speed of the flyers, bobbins, the front rollers and bobbin rail were controlled by four servo-motors separately. The control system has a high accuracy of speed modulation and high-level electromechanical integration. It guarantees yarn quality and realizes precise technological design. The control system has good potential applications.
