槽筒是络筒工艺中卷绕纱线的重要部件,对筒子的成形质量具有很大的影响。介绍了胶木槽筒、金属槽筒包括钢板槽筒、铸造槽筒、超塑合金槽筒的特点和加工工艺,讨论了各种槽筒的应用范围,提出了金属槽筒有取代胶木槽筒的趋势,总结出了对于提高纱线质量,钢板槽筒和铝合金槽筒更优于超塑合金槽筒。对于提高槽筒耐磨性,延长寿命,促进国产化具有重要意义。

As an important part of the textile machinery for winding, the grooved drum has great impact on the quality of the bobbin. This paper addresses the characteristics, processing processes and application field of various grooved drums such as bakelite drum and metal drums, including steel plate drum, cast drum and superplastic alloy drum. It points out that the substitution of the bakelite drum with metal drum has become a developing trend, and that the steel plate drum and aluminum alloy drum are superior to the superplastic alloy drum for the enhancement of yarn quality. The present work has significant value in the research of grooved drums for improving the wearability, durability and for promotion of home-made products.
