非物质文化遗产保护中,官方是不可缺少的主导性角色。没有政府的政策支持和资金扶助,非物质文化遗产就不可能得到妥善的保护。文化学者是非物质文化遗产保护的主脑,他们因其深厚的学识积累和较少偏见的价值立场,会为非物质文化遗产保护提供较少功利性、更多学术性和人类性的意见、建议;民间是非物质文化遗产保护的主体。离开民间文化和民众力量,非物质文化遗产将难以继存发展,因而也将不复存在。

The government plays an indispensable leading role of head in the protection of immate.rial heritage. Without the support of policy and money from the government, it is impossible to protect the immaterial culture heritage. Culture scholars play the role of the brain in the protection of immaterial culture heritage. With their profound learning and less bias, they will offer opinions and suggestions that are less utilitarian yet more academic. The ordinary people play the role of the body in the protection of immaterial culture heritage. Without folk culture and popular force, it will be difficult for the immaterial culture heritage to exist and develop and it will eventually disappear.
