摘要
行政和谐即国家政务的管理活动的和谐。和谐是国家产生以来的各个历史时期统治阶级共同追求的国家政务管理活动的最高准则,也是我国社会主义初级阶段国家政务管理活动所追求的目标。和谐在我国行政管理实际中主要体现为七个方面的协调。行政和谐在行政科学中主要体现为:行政思想和谐、行政行为和谐、行政体制和谐、组织机构和谐、人员结构和谐、法规制度和谐、运行程序和谐。
Administrative harmony means manging activity harmony reflected in government administative managing. Harmony is the highest criterion sought by every ruling class in history and it is also the aim of our country. Administrative harmony mainly emboded in the following seven reflects ： administrative thought harmony, administrative act harmony, administrative system harmony, government organization harmony, personnel system harmony, laws and regulation harmony, and operation procedue harmony.
