公民科学素养是国家发展的基础。本文介绍了我国公众科学素养的现状,以及在培育公众科学素养方面公共图书馆的优势和采取的方法。
Citizen＇ s scientific quality is the basis of country＇ s development. The thesis introduces the present situation of citizen＇s scientific quality in China, the advantages of public library in training it and the methods adopted.
