浅谈高校学生档案管理工作

On the Filing of College Students' Dossier

高校是为国家经济建设培养各类高级人才的主要场所,而学生档案是记载这些高级人才成长轨迹的真实记载。文章从学生档案的形成及内容入手,阐述了学生档案管理工作的特点、主要功能和作用,并结合自己的工作经验,对学生档案管理工作提出了一些建议。

Colleges and universities are places where higher talented people are developed for the economic construction of our country; and students＇ dossiers are the real documents to carry the information of their development. This paper describes the main characteristics and functions of the filling of college students＇ dossiers, based on their forms and contents. And the author also brings about some suggestions from his own filing working experience.
