摘要
利用PCR技术检测经遗传修饰的GMO啤酒原料、辅料和生产的啤酒,作为控制采购大麦、玉米、糖浆质量的手段,以监控啤酒生产的生物安全性。
A method of PCR was deeloped to detect Genetically Modified Brewing Raw materials and Beer.The result indicated that this technique could be applied to control the quality of purceased malting harley,maize,maize syrup,and monitor beer production organism safety.
