摘要
切取生长势一致的芦笋顶芽2～3mm,接种在添加不同浓度KT和IBA两种激素的生根培养基中,结果表明：当IBA浓度为1mg/L,KT浓度为0．02mg/L时,生根率可达到90%．另外,在相同条件下不同芦笋品种生根情况差异明显．添加NAA 0．1mg/L或PP_(333)1mg/L可促进难生根品种生根,改善生根情况．
In this experiment, the tops of Asparagus stem on the top were planted in different media, including KT and IBA, The results indicated that 2/1 MS ＋ IBA1.0 ＋ KT0.02 was the best media for the propagation of roots, The rooting rates increased when NAA0.05 or PP3331.0 was added into the culture media.
