摘要
以原油罐区火灾爆炸事故为例,介绍了故障树分析法:确定这一事故为顶上事件,建立该事故的故障树图,可以辩识系统中可能导致事故的危险源,找出事故产生的原因、条件和规律,进而有根据地改进原有系统,指导运行和维修,防止事故的发生。
Based on fire accidents, or top event, a fault tree is set up. Through the fault tree, events that are most likely to cause the top undesirable event are determined. Based on the analysis, system is improved to prevent accidents.
