摘要
在新的形势下,我国保持农村社会稳定的传统机制难以发挥作用,需要一套新的稳定机制来加以替代。农村社会的发展,已经成为我国经济继续发展和建立统一市场经济的关键,构建和谐社会也无法回避农村社会问题。这一些,都需要从制度层面上加以建设。
Under the new situation we need a new stable system in rural society instead of the old one because it cannot keep rural society stability. What＇s more, the development of rural society is the key to the economic development and the building of marketization. To build the harmony society can＇t avoid of rural society, either. All of that need institutional changing.
