高线轧机齿轮箱故障诊断案例库的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 以高速线材轧机齿轮箱故障诊断系统为应用背景,探讨了基于案例的推理方法,研究了构建齿轮箱故障诊断系统的关键技术,最终制订出相应的设计方案。依据故障的特征属性和内容将齿轮箱故障案例按照不同轧机和架次分类,从而将整个案例库划分成了多个代表不同齿轮箱的案例集。在案例检索中,通过加权平均算法找到相应案例库中与目标案例最相似的案例,实现了对高速线材轧机齿轮箱故障的智能诊断。 Based on the case - based reasoning technology, the design scheme for the high speed wire rolling mills diagnosis system is made out. In expression and management of case and construction of knowledge base with case - based technology, the fault case of gearbox in high speed wire rolling mill is classified by different sorties according to the demand of fault diagnosis expert system and the peculiarity of this kind of gearbox. Using hamming Arithmetic, the similarity is calculated to find the nearest case in the relevant case base. Consequently, the intelligence fault diagnosis of gearbox for the high speed wire rolling mill is realized. Based on above research, the conceptual model and physical model are founded and tbe prototype of the system is completed.
