高等教育中应推行“领衔主教制”

An Opinion about the Necessity and Feasibility to Implement "Director Teaching Mechanism"

本文针对高校教学管理方面目前存在的各种弊端,提出了在教学运作中应推行“领衔主教制”,变以行政领导为中心为以骨干教师为中心的观点。并就推行“领衔主教制”的必要性和可行性作了粗略的阐述。

Focusing on the disadvantages of the management of higher education, this paper is to raise some opinions about how to practice ＂director teaching mechanism＂ in current teaching, which is to make senior teachers as the center of teaching instead of administrators. Also, it is to explore the possibilities as well as feasibility of making this new system into reality.
