摘要
针对航天建设工程的特点,运用模糊优选理论进行工程评标,量化了评标中的主观因素,使评标结果更趋合理;运用严格的配套措施和相关指标的经济折算的方法使合理最低价评标更优,最后结合航天建设工程的特点采取相关措施规避招标风险。
Based on the characteristics of aerospace construction engineering, this paper uses Fuzzy Optimization theory during engineering project bidding to quantify the amount of subjective factors which will offer us more reliable evaluating results, uses some strict matched measures and converting methods of related economy indexes to optimize the lowest reasonable method for evaluating bid price. Finally, there are some suggestions in the paper about how to avoid the risk of tender bidding by taking the corresponding measures to the characteristics of the aerospace construction engineering.
