摘要 肺癌是所有恶性肿瘤病死率中增长最快、危害最大的恶性肿瘤之一。由于就诊时多为晚期,即使经手术、化疗及放疗后,患者的生存质量仍难以改变,且预后极差。利用免疫效应细胞治疗作为辅助疗法,消除患者体内残留的肿瘤细胞,可改善患者的生存质量。细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)是一种新型的免疫效应细胞,具有增殖倍数高、细胞毒性强、抗瘤谱广、对化疗耐药细胞株敏感等特点,在肿瘤免疫治疗中有较大价值。DC是目前已知功能最强的抗原提呈细胞,
