摘要 Zbtb7基因位于人染色体19p13．3区带,其编码的产物POK家族具有BTB域和Kruppel锌指结构。通过早期小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(MEFs)的实验,发现POK家族成员之一的Pokemon是ARF特异性转录抑制剂,通过ARF-P53路径对细胞生长进行调节。Pokemon过表达能使小鼠发生淋巴瘤,其还能与癌基因BCL-6联合作用显示原癌基因的活性,促进淋巴瘤的发生。所以认为该基因有望成为重要的肿瘤监视靶点。
