冠状动脉内支架植入术后并发症的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing of complications after intracoronary stenting

目的:探讨冠状动脉内支架植入术后并发症的预防及护理。方法:回顾分析300例行冠状动脉内支架植入术患者的临床资料。结果:成功植入支架329枚,发生并发症37例,其中亚急性支架血栓形成2例,短阵室速2例,窦性心动过缓3例,低血压10例,心包填塞1例,皮下淤血12例,血肿7例。结论:冠状动脉内支架植入术后的并发症,发生迅速,后果严重,有效预防和及时准确处理,可有效地防止冠脉内支架植入术后严重并发症的发生。

Objective：To investigate the prevention and nursing of complications after intracoronary stenting.Methods：The clinical data of 300 patients receiving intracoronary stenting were retrospectively analyzed.Results：329 stents were successfully implanted.A total of 37 patients developed complications. Among them 2 cases had subacute thrombosis,2 cases had proxysmal ventricular tachycardia,3 cases had sinus tachycardia, 10 cases had hypotension, 1 case had pcricardial tamponade, 12 cases had subcutaneous blood clot and 7 cases had haematoma.Conclusion ：Some complications after intracoronary stenting developed rapidly and lead to serious condition.Effective prevention and timely management are able to avoid the occurrence of them.
