Objective：To study how to improve the teaching ability of temporary nurses,so as to make effective measures of harmonious team spirit.Methods：The three methods for improving teaching ability of temporary nurses were emphasized by this article.strengthening the quality self-cultivation first,followed by organizing the teaching lessons for them and assessing their study effect and general ability.It was necessary to offer the best study atmosphere to the temporary nurses.Results：The teaching ability of temporary nursing was greatly improved in our department,and a better teaching team was also trained through these methods.Conclusion：It is very important to strengthen the continuous education and quality education for improving the teaching ability of temporary nurses.
